Timico expands management team to build cloud services

Recruits Computacenter senior director

Timico has appointed Kevin Linsell as chief technology officer as it seeks to guide more customers into the cloud. The cloud service provider is expanding following a £50m investment in the business by Lyceum Capital earlier this year. Prior to joining Timico, Linsell held senior director roles at Computacenter, Datapipe Europe and Adapt Services. At Timico he will be responsible for the strategic development and delivery of market strategies, development of the product portfolio and fostering strategic partnerships. He will undertake senior technical and strategic engagements with key customers alongside partner engagement.

Linsell said: “I intend to deliver a compelling, market leading proposition and roadmap for Timico as a leading provider of cloud technology, transformation programmes and outstanding customer service.”

Timico's international business is served from three UK locations in Newark, Winnersh and London and major clients include brewery Greene King, Informa, Shoezone, Jimmy Choo and Mitsubishi Motors. It operates a Tier 3+ data centre to deliver and support its services.‎
