Tollring appoints new channel sales head

International telecom services provider Tollring has announced that Craig Hoile has joined the firm as head of channel sales.

Hoile (pictured) joins Tollring after having spent eleven years at Virgin Media O2, most recently as senior channel sales manager for retail and e-tail partners. 

Before his role at Virgin Media, Hoile was at Microsoft, where he held the role of OEM account manager and was responsible for sales of Microsoft Windows client and server software. Prior to this, he spent five years at Vodafone responsible for the firm’s account relationships and the delivery of consumer sales targets of prepay and postpay products. 

“We are delighted to have Craig on board at this exciting stage of our growth,” said Tony Martino, CEO at Tollring. “He has achieved outstanding results in the past across both consumer and B2B channels and his experience will be invaluable as we define our channel strategy across our expanding product portfolio.”

In his new role, Hollie will be responsible for driving forward the performance and account management for all international partners and resellers of Tollring’s portfolio of analytics solutions, from iCall Suite analytics and call recording to the new Analytics 365 native app for Microsoft teams.

Tollring says it has an extensive network of over 900 channel partners globally, comprising partners such as communication service providers, as well as indirect resellers and dealers.

By adopting some of the processes and procedures that were pivotal in my previous roles, I will help my team of account managers and our partners to identify areas for growth as well as opportunities to develop our share within the Microsoft ecosystem for Tollring products.”

Having worked with partners of all sizes whilst at Virgin Media O2, Microsoft and Vodafone, Tollring said Hollie is well placed to support its team of account managers in enabling the channel to maximise the business analytics opportunity.
