A provider of global unified communications and collaboration services UC Point has announced it has achieved the highest level of a Platinum channel partner under the AudioCodes partner programme.
The company has been recognised due to its expertise displayed with the AudioCodes UC solution portfolio, it says. This includes the implementation of AudioCodes’ unified communications solutions for Skype for Business/Lync.
AudioCodes, which was founded in Israel and specialises in advanced Voice-over-IP (VoIP) and data networking products, has currently more than 200 SIs and VARs among its channel partners in Europe. However, in the DACH region UC Point is one of only six partners with a ‘black belt’ which refers to a number of qualified engineers a partner has.
UC Point works also with AudioCodes to provide its customers with the latest Skype for Business/ Lync Media Gateways, Session Border Controller (SBCs) and Survivable Branch Appliances (SBAs) to ensure the highest performance for their Unified Communications solution, it says. Additionally, UC Point’s care maintenance combines advanced hardware replacement with a free access on patches and updates for AudioCodes’ hardware and software. The UC Point’s Care Maintenance consists of three service levels (expedited, priority and priority plus) which are customised for the individual maintenance needs of organisations, with expedited and priority services available in Europe and North America.
