Yellowspring will also benefit from the addition of a City of London office, increasing their geographic reach.

Yellowspring been around for fifteen years providing premise-based IT services and solutions. Amsiso was established in 2013 by Ferdinand de Lisser, a former Director of BIS Limited and Richard Keyms, a former Sales Manager at Six Degrees Technology Group (BIS was sold to Six Degrees in 2013).

The sale was facilitated by Prism Corporate Broking, who had been working with Yellowspring for a number of years, advising on exit readiness, “When we first engaged with Yellowspring there were a number of factors that would have inhibited maximum value being achieved”, says Robert Fiske, Director of Corporate Finance at Prism. “However, the directors progressively addressed these prior to going to market and must be commended in building a very successful and ultimately desirable business.”
