Two European value-added distributors, Danish IT-security distributor IT2Trust A/S and Poland-based supplier of IT products and services ePrinus, have announced a strategic alliance aimed at expansion of operations across Europe.
Under the terms of a deal, two companies will work together towards expanding their sales, marketing and training operations in Europe to help build and establish its presence for both resellers and vendors, they say. The distributors also hope to share their local market experience, which includes sales, technical, customer relations and vendor management.
IT2Trust is based near Copenhagen, with sales offices in Sweden and Norway, and specialises in business-critical IT solutions within IT-security and networking area. The privately-owned company was set up in 2005 and says it is financially independent and profitable.
ePrinus, on the other hand, claims to have extensive knowledge as well as set relationships across the European marketplace, with a particular focus on Polish, Ukrainian, Belarusian, German-speaking and Benelux markets. The Warsaw-based firm is focused on IT and cyber security and have been already operating in Austria, Belgium and across the Central and Eastern Europe, it says.
