Westcon has seen Infoblox, a provider of secure cloud-managed network services, expand its partnership with the distributor into France, with immediate effect.
The company has been distributing Infoblox’s networking solutions in Northern Europe since 2018, including in the Benelux region, Germany and in the Nordics. “This progress has cemented Infoblox’s trust and confidence in the Westcon approach, and Infoblox has decided to build on the success with a new territory,” the distributor said.
Lori Cornmesser, vice president for worldwide partner and alliance sales at Infoblox, said: “The progress that we have made with Westcon so far has really given us confidence that this is a beneficial partnership for both parties. Westcon’s contacts in the region and expertise in our sector will be invaluable as we continue to grow our business in Europe.”

In January, Westcon signed a distribution agreement with cloud security vendor Netskope, covering the Benelux, DACH and Nordics regions. This agreement, said Westcon, will allow it to further strengthen its Next Generation Solutions (NGS) unit, by adding a pure play cloud security vendor and offering “adapted security” to customers that are making the transition into the cloud.
