Zivver has expanded its senior leadership team with a string of c-level appointments. Last week, the secure email vendor brought onboard Adam Low as chief technology officer, Adnan Erriade as chief revenue officer and Robert Fleming as chief marketing officer.
“The rapid development of the market for secure end user communications has broadened and accelerated the market opportunity for Zivver,” explained the company CEO, Wouter Klinkhamer.
“We see an increased need for a platform proposition that serves communication use cases across an increasing number of verticals and geographies. The c-level hires add a layer of strategic experience to our leadership. These appointments are very much a reflection of the ambition and growth plan we have as a company, as we build on the considerable success we have had to date and look to capitalise on the growing opportunities,” he added.
All three appointments will be based in the UK, as the vendor attempts to build an international hub, capable of supporting customers throughout Europe and North America. The firm has an installed base of over 4,000 customers, mostly in its home markets of the Netherlands and Belgium.
“We see a huge opportunity in the UK and that is the near-term focus of our expansion efforts, but over time we see huge opportunity in many countries globally,” said Klinkhamer.
“The UK is the most advanced market for SaaS scale-ups within Europe, with a strong suite of domestic vendors and a role as tier one market for international vendors. UK buyers are sophisticated and ahead of the international curve when it comes to digital transformation. The UK SaaS ecosystem is an incredible source of talent,” said Klinkhamer.
Zivver plans to expand it enterprise sales coverage, further ramp up marketing awareness and to explore partnerships with strategic technology partners and systems integrators.
