Zoom is teaming up with AI startup Anthropic to boost its contact centre portfolio with AI.
As part of this collaboration, Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, will be incorporated into Zoom's platform.
Smita Hashim, CPO at Zoom, said: “With Claude guiding agents toward trustworthy resolutions and powering self-service for end-users, companies will be able to take customer relationships to another level.”
Dario Amodei, CEO and co-Founder of Anthropic, said: “Partnering with Zoom allows us to put AI into the hands of more people and unlock its potential to help streamline everyday processes.”
