Corero Network Security’s on-prem distributed denial of service (DDoS) protection solution will be integrated with Akamai Technologies’ cloud protection services.
The partnership will expand Corero’s routes to market and deliver incremental revenue growth opportunities.
Akamai Prolexic On-Prem (powered by Corero) will offer customers flexible, automatic DDoS protection in their own networks, data centres and self-hosted environments, using Corero’s SmartWall ONE DDoS protection solutions. This will form a part of the Akamai Prolexic Hybrid platform.
