Flotek Group has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Truro-based IT and communications firm Orbiss, marking its tenth strategic deal.
This move not only boosts Flotek's workforce to 72 and increases its revenue to £8.5m, but also propels the company into the hospitality sector, adding clients like Best Western and Holiday Inn.
Flotek's CEO Jay Ball has a 16-year relationship with Orbiss owners Karen McGowan and Karen Patterson.
He said: The acquisition will enable us to accelerate our foothold in the hospitality market across the UK and continue to grow our services as a Managed IT & Communications solutions provider in the South West.”
