MSP and cloud service provider SoftwareOne has acquired Novis Euforia, a Spanish SAP and cloud services firm.
The acquisition further expands SoftwareOne’s SAP practice serving European clients.
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Madrid, Novis Euforia offers clients transitioning to SAP S/4HANA in the cloud a “high degree of automation, simplifying and reorganising the landscape at the platform, operation, application and data level”, said SoftwareOne.

Novis Euforia’s 35 professionals and leadership team will join SoftwareOne’s SAP practice. The value of the acquisition has not been disclosed.
