Focus Group has expanded its geographical presence into Cornwall by acquiring Datasharp, which is headquartered in Truro.
This acquisition strengthens Focus Group's presence in the southwest, complementing their existing regional teams in Exeter and Bristol.
Founded in 1984, Datasharp presents a chance for Focus to expand its market reach by cross-selling its comprehensive range of services, encompassing mobile and cybersecurity solutions.
Focus Group Regional Director Brian Lodge stated: "Datasharp's longstanding presence in the industry and customer base makes it an invaluable addition to our group.
"This acquisition presents opportunities for us to leverage our combined expertise and expand our service offerings, particularly in the south west."
