Network product and services provider Zyxel Networks has unveiled an updated partner programme that it says will enhance experiences for managed services provider partners, and enable them to use the AI-driven capabilities within its Nebula cloud management platform to drive further growth.
In addition, Zyxel is seeking more partners who want to build their own remote monitoring and managed services offering around the Zyxel Nebula cloud platform.
The latest AI and machine learning features of Nebula are said to make an even better foundation for the development of a managed services business, helping partners to identify and address issues before they become actual problems.
"This makes it easier for MSPs to manage more customers and locations and thus scale and grow their businesses. Further enhancements make it easier for partners to meet the integrated digital security needs of their customers," the company said.
