KEMP Technologies, specialist in load-balancing applicances, has appointed Fraser McNicol as its new UK Channel Manager to further strengthen its channel commitment. He will be responsible for the UK business operations and development of the new partner programme, the company says.
McNicol joins from Avaya where he was responsible for direct and channel sales in the UK and across Europe. Prior to Avaya, he worked at Colt for seven years as a Product Manager.
“With accelerating sales in the UK and a range of exciting new products to support virtualised and cloud deployments, KEMP is ideally placed to grow market share in its traditional SME markets as well as in larger corporates and cloud services .But with a 100% channel focus, we need to support and work closely with both existing and new partners if we are to meet out ambitious targets,” says McNicol of his appointment.
