Zoom and Mitel have teamed up to create a hybrid solution that combines Zoom Workplace and Zoom AI Companion with Mitel's communication platforms.
This partnership makes Zoom the exclusive UCaaS provider in Mitel’s portfolio, offering a 'Zoom-first' experience for businesses of all sizes.
Mitel’s sales teams and partners will also be able to cross-sell this Zoom-first experience as a key component of their hybrid communication solutions.

The joint offering is expected to be available to customers in the first half of 2025.
