Distributor Avnet now has its TrainingNow package available for resellers in the UK. TrainingNow is training for sale by partners to generate additional revenue from training, while also generating revenue from the sale of technology solutions, consultancy and services. By including training as part of the overall offering, business partners can enhance their value proposition and boost end-user customer satisfaction, it says.
It has options for a menu of standard training sessions from Avnet Academy’s published schedule, or allows Avnet to manage the business partner’s end-user training programme by contacting the user directly. Avnet will establish training needs and creating a tailored programme to meet requirements. While Avnet will provide quotations and close opportunities, all purchase orders will go back via the partner involved to ensure correct revenue recognition.
