Identity management software and cloud-based SaaS provider Centrify has announced the expansion of its European Channel partner network with four new partners which will include a French specialist in information systems consulting Acensi, a Dutch software specialist DataPlus, a Sweden-based IT security provider NSEC and another French company that offers cloud, mobility and software asset management solutions, SHI.
Under the partner programme, all the new channel partners are offered an access to its identity management tools, which are dedicated to help clients increase their security levels, and in particular to its recently launched MFA Everywhere initiative aimed at providing protection for enterprise identities against cyber attacks, it says.
Additionally, the new partnerships represent for Centrify a number of new opportunities, it says, to reach to new customers as each of the newly-appointed partners has its own area of expertise and offers the customer-tailored solutions.
This means that each of the new partners operates across different market sectors in their respective country which will additionally increase the portfolio exposure. Following this, Acensi is expected to enhance the security offerings across the financial services and defence sectors, DataPlus will use Centrify’s solutions to complement Microsoft offerings to help organisations that operate in the cloud while NSEC, a McAfee partner, will offer mobile device management products to its 40,000 McAfee users.
At the same time, SHI will receive assistance to ensure its clients are offered the sufficient level of security across Mac devices in the workplace, it says.
“The latest announcement shows that the channel strategy is working. By targeting a select number of partners which already have a strong position, Centrify is able to focus resources on those firms who can maximise our products to best advantage. We’re delighted to be adding Acensi, DataPlus, NSEC and SHI to the Partner network and look forward to strengthening our relationship with each one,” says Matt Pearson, EMEA channel director.
