Versim SA, a subsidiary of Poland-based IT distributor and integrator Verbicom, has signed a distribution agreement with Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, under which it will be offering to its clients the entire portfolio.
Verbicom also hopes that the partnership will help expand the cooperation between the two companies into the future; under the current terms of a deal it will be delivering the integration of systems, based on Alcatel-Lucent’s solutions, as well as it will offer equipment maintenance services.
Additionally, according to the partnership deal, the integrator plans to build a partner network for Alcatel’s products and services in the local market and will be actively supporting with sales and marketing activities. It will now offer to its clients an expanded portfolio of services, including unified communications systems, enterprise communications platform as well as VoWLAN infrastructure, it says.
