UK-based audio-visual and document solutions distributor, Midwich has announced it has bought a majority stake in Gebroeders van Domburg, a specialist distributor of audio-visual and lighting solutions in the Netherlands.
The Dutch firm specialises in a distribution of key audio-visual brands, including Samsung, NEC and AMX. Also, it has its own warehousing and transportation capabilities as well as a major logistics centre, based out of Rotterdam.
