Symantec COO quits

Symantec says President and COO Michael Fey has resigned, effective immediately, and CEO Greg Clark will take on the added title of President; no explanation is provided.
SYMC also names Art Gilliland as executive VP and general manager of its Enterprise Products unit, who returns to the company after serving in the past as general manager of its Information Security business.
Most recently, Gilliland was President and CEO of Skyport Systems, which was acquired by Cisco Systems in 2017, and formerly was Senior VP of Software Enterprise Security Products at HP.
