Arrow Business Communications has made its fourth acquisition this year after capturing cloud collaboration solutions MSP Pescado.
Established in 2006, Pescado has over 2,500 customers served by offices in Ewloe, North Wales, and Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Pescado and Arrow both deliver a similar range of solutions from the same suppliers to customers in all industry sectors. Pescado will enhance Arrow’s cross and up-sell ability into its customer base, which now has over 7,000 customers.
All the directors and employees of Pescado will be staying on and will work within the Arrow group.
“We can continue to take our customers on an exciting technology-driven journey, whilst also offering our people even greater opportunities as part of a bigger group,” said Fraser Watson, Pescado group MD.
Richard Burke (pictured), CEO of Arrow Business Communications, added: “I’m looking forward to working alongside the experienced Pescado team to drive the organic growth of some key solution areas across the group.”
Earlier this month, Arrow acquired data centre and cloud services firm AIMES Management Services, and also acquired UK-tec in May, providing it with access to a range of network and security products and services, including a SD-WAN offering. And in March, it bought network solutions company Complete Networks, which is a provider of critical managed WAN and LAN solutions, with several hospitals and two ambulance services among its customer base.
