Graham Drew has been appointed as UK country manager of the joint venture company BNP Paribas 3 Step IT, reporting directly to CEO Carmen Ene.
Drew (pictured) will be charged with supporting Britain’s mid-market, corporate and public sector organisations to make the transition to sustainable IT management, the company said.
Since joining BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions in 2018, Drew has held several senior roles, including head of Bank Leasing Services. He has most recently served as general manager for CNH Industrial Capital UK.
He will be responsible for driving the company’s UK growth strategy and accelerating the adoption of sustainable technology lifecycle management by British businesses.
“Enterprise IT is in the midst of significant change, as organisations grapple with the rise of hybrid working, device proliferation and rising sustainability concerns,” said Drew. “It’s hugely exciting to be a part of a team that can offer a solution that tackles all of these business challenges. I look forward to taking BNP Paribas 3 Step IT’s a compelling proposition to the BNP Paribas’ customer network, as well as the enterprise and channel space in the UK.”
Drew will also play a central role in driving growth and customer acquisition for the joint venture, which now operates in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, and The Netherlands, with additional coverage across the Nordics through 3stepIT.
“The UK market represents an opportunity to reach thousands of large business customers who need support to manage their enterprise IT more efficiently and sustainably,” said Carmen Ene, CEO of BNP Paribas 3 Step IT & 3stepIT. “Graham’s appointment is a statement of our intent to seize that opportunity head-on.”
The company operates five refurbishment centres, including one in England, where redundant IT devices are refurbished for reuse. In 2020, it processed over half a million devices, saving them from landfill, with 98% of end-of-contract devices given a second life.
