Microsoft Dynamics partner Azzure IT has been acquired by Microsoft-focused cloud services firm Content+Cloud for an undisclosed sum.
According to Content+Cloud, the deal establishes it as one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics Business Central providers in the UK, alongside its leading Microsoft Cloud practices.
Azzure IT leverages Dynamics Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM) alongside its proprietary IP including order processing, procure-to-pay, stock control, distribution, manufacturing, and time and billing solutions.
“The evolution of the Dynamics proposition has underpinned Azzure IT’s strong growth, supported by our incredible team of professionals,” said Craig Such, CEO, Azzure IT. “Content+Cloud’s reputation in the Microsoft ecosystem is second-to-none and we’re delighted to become part of C+C and the Advania Group.”
Content+Cloud, which has offices in London, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Reading and Cape Town, says the acquisition will increase its Microsoft Dynamics practice four-fold.
“Together with Azzure IT, C+C is able to truly lead across the whole of the Microsoft ecosystem,” added Peter Sweetbaum, CEO at Content+Cloud. “While Dynamics has always been an important part of our capability, we have now fundamentally changed the scale at which we can deliver and lead in the Dynamics solution implementation, integration and IP development space.”
The deal comes after Content+Cloud was acquired by Nordic MSP Advania in December last year, creating a combined group with sales of over £800m.
