SmartBear Software’s CEO Frank Roe is joining LastPass’ board of directors amid a “time of critical growth” for the password management firm.
Roe will leverage his prior experiences at Oracle and Rogue Wave Software to transform LastPass’ business management and strategic planning, evaluate its performance, and support key stakeholder relationships.
