Artificial Solutions, the bot conversational AI specialist, has appointed Patrik Rosenberg as vice president of sales for EMEA.
Rosenberg (pictured) will be responsible for EMEA growth and developing the Swedish firm’s footprint across Europe, while building new and “stronger” relationships with partners, said the company.
He will focus on “high-growth” markets, such as the UK – where Artificial Solutions recently hired Nikhil Bhatia as head of growth for the UK and Ireland – as well as supporting sectors with high customer service demand, like telco and retail.
Rosenberg has spent the past decade working in the AI industry and has a track record of delivering the business value of conversational AI to multinational corporations, added the firm.
He joins from data science and analytics company Combient Mix, where he spent three years as vice president and head of business development, leading on the business’ strategic accounts across the Nordics, including SEB and Ericsson.
Prior to that, he served as the country manager for Sweden at IT service management provider Efecte. He also spent eight years at conversational AI provider IPsoft as director for digital workforce business.
Per Ottosson, CEO of Artificial Solutions, said: “Patrik’s track record of delivering for clients will be invaluable as we expand our European business and help more clients implement world-leading conversational AI projects.”
Rosenberg said: “The conversational AI market has matured and grown exponentially during my time in the industry. I am joining Artificial Solutions to support multinationals scaling their ambitions in the delivery of automated customer service, to meet the high standards that customers expect from digital agents.”
