IT and security services firm MilDef has launched a new subsidiary in Denmark to improve its reach there.
The Danish unit will be headed by sales director Claus Larsen (pictured), most recently country manager for Atos Denmark.
MilDef's solutions for tactical IT and the digitisation of defence, government and critical infrastructure are sold in over 80 countries, with the Sweden-headquartered firm already having ten subsidiary companies before Denmark.
“Claus Larsen has a solid background of business development in the defence and security industry, alongside an active career as a reserve officer. In addition to local capability to deliver tactical IT to customers, we also see opportunities for value-creating acquisitions in Denmark,” said Björn Karlsson, CEO of MilDef.
“I see us playing a strategically important role in Denmark for many years to come," added Larsen.
