Aptum is continuing to ramp up its position as a hybrid multi-cloud MSP with its acquisition of cloud consulting managed services and software startup CloudOps.
The cloud-centric MSP said the deal will enable it to deliver its hybrid multi-cloud solutions and services to customers in 43 countries.
Aptum’s CEO and President Susan Bowen said: “This strategic move will extend our ability to serve our customers with solutions such as DevOps and Advanced Cloud Migration Services, offering Hybrid Multi-Cloud solutions and services at different stages of their digital transformation.”
Merging the two firms will open up new opportunities across multiple sectors in Canada, the US, and the UK.
CloudOps’ leadership teams and employees will join Aptum with its HQ remaining in Montreal.
