Xalient has obtained the ISO 20000 certification in IT Service Management after undergoing a thorough review of its processes and procedures.
The certification, awarded by the ISO and IEC, validates Xalient's ability to provide IT services in accordance with international best practices.
Xalient said it now boasts an array of international standards including its certification to ISO27001.
Xalient's Group CEO Sherry Vaswani said: “This ISO 20000 certification will serve as a distinguishing factor for us, highlighting Xalient’s commitment to our customers by demonstrating our vigilance in ensuring the IT services we provide are of the highest calibre and are measured against the only existing internationally recognised standard."
