NormCyber, the UK-headquartered managed security service provider for mid-sized organisations, has doubled its office footprint in preparation for the doubling of its headcount by the end of 2023.
The firm said it saw over 70% compound growth year-on-year in 2022, through the adoption of its cyber security and data protection managed service offering Smartbloc.
As part of its recruitment drive, NormCyber will expand its security operations centre, engineering, penetration testing, sales and marketing and data protection teams, all based in a new office in Fareham, Hampshire.
NormCyber has developed strategic relationships with Fortinet, CHAS - a provider of compliance and risk management solutions - and the Crown Commercial Service over the last year.
“Smartbloc has won the approval of customers, partners and analysts, and will no doubt continue to do so, aided by the efforts of our brilliant team,” said Pete Bowers, COO at NormCyber.
“We look to the future with a renewed ambition to grow and a firm commitment to helping our fantastic customers combat evolving cyber threats, pursue new commercial opportunities and navigate tightening regulations.”
