Global consulting and IT services firm Accenture is set to enhance its public sector offerings in Europe with the acquisition of Arηs Group, a specialist in technology services established in 2003.
Arηs Group, known for its significant work with the European Union and its member states, employs a skilled team of 2,330 across Luxembourg, Belgium, and Greece.
The firm is adept at tackling complex IT projects, offering services in systems integration, analytics, solution deployment, and program management.

The deal is pending standard closing conditions.
