Advania UK trebled its sales to £452m in the last year, with the aid of acquisitions.
The acquisitions of CCS Media (in October 2024) and Servium (June 2024) were the key to growth. CCS Media contributed over £273m in revenue, bolstering offerings in infrastructure, cloud transformation, AI, and managed services.
This acquisition also strengthened partnerships with major hardware vendors, including Dell and Cisco, while introducing new relationships with HPE, Lenovo, and Logitech.
Additionally, the acquisition of Servium, a major VAR, strengthened specialised service offerings across managed services, IT procurement optimisation, and asset management, enabling tailored solutions for the mid-market segment.
Geoff Kneen, CEO of Advania UK, said: “The strategic acquisitions of CCS Media and Servium have been pivotal in accelerating our expansion, enabling us to provide a comprehensive and robust portfolio of services. We are not just growing in size, but also in what we can deliver, proving we can be the trusted technology partner to our clients, supporting them in achieving all of their business goals.”
The acquisitions, combined with organic growth, have also quadrupled the firm’s client base to 9,500. Following the acquisitions, Advania UK also now employs over 1,500 people across more than 20 locations in the UK.
The parent Advania group is headquartered in the Nordics and is financially backed by Goldman Sachs Alternatives. The group’s total sales equated to around £1.2 billion in its last full year, ended 31 December, 2024.
