UK-based Integrator and MSP ANS Group has acquired Alithya UK, from its Canadian parent, Alithya at an undisclosed valuation, with an effective date of October 2nd 2019.
ANS and Alithya have partnered closely for several years and through this relationship entered discussions of a mutually beneficial approach to allow Alithya to divest a small part of their overall business whilst enabling ANS to expand its digital services capability in a core cloud solution set, it says.
Alithya UK has experience in Microsoft Dynamics-based digital solutions and the acquisition is seen as a good fit for ANS, adding to its digital expertise.
As Azure and Dynamics365 increasingly integrate and share services, ANS, as an Azure Expert MSP, are now positioned to ensure that customers "realise the maximum value from their investments in Microsoft cloud solutions", it says.
