Managed service provider Bell Integration and AI software specialist Amelia have formed a strategic relationship.
Bell Integration has taken on Amelia’s digital-first managed services team, and Bell’s delivery teams will be pushing Amelia’s AI offering.
“The Bell AI services and solutions team now possess a far greater capability to deliver digital-first, conversational AI and AIOps solutions to their customers, and Amelia’s offering will be supported and enhanced by our world-class delivery division,” said Bell.
As a result of the alliance, Bell has increased its AI teams across the UK, India, North America, and Europe. The acquired skills enable Bell to deliver a range of AI services and solutions, including strategic consulting, architecture, design, AI implementation and run services, covering user support, cloud and infrastructure management and engineering services.
