Content Guru has expanded the availability of its customer surveying tool storm ASK across additional channels.
Designed to collect, collate and draw insights out of customer feedback, storm ASK is said to enable both proactive surveying and reactive surveying.
Surveys, which are currently available via voice, email, SMS and the internet, will expand across webchat this month, the cloud communications firm said.
“This development adds to the voice and digital channels already supported by storm ASK, enhancing the functionality provided and further ensuring organisations can maximise customer satisfaction across multiple channels,” said Martin Taylor, deputy CEO and co-founder of Content Guru. “Our storm solution is omnichannel by design, so expanding this module to reflect that is key to ensuring our clients can fully engage with their customers to continually improve their service levels.”
Content Guru also said it intends to expand surveys across a range of social media channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter later in the year.
