“The Contact Centre is going through a period of fundamental transformation, both in terms of its move to the cloud and becoming a key part of a more sophisticated Customer Experience and Engagement environment,” said Martin Taylor, Deputy CEO at Content Guru.  “As we continue to expand our business globally, the combined experience of our new sales leadership team will help us support our customers, which operate some of the world’s largest contact centres, in successfully making this transition,” concluded Taylor.
