Content Guru, a Cloud contact centre and customer engagement provider, has announced the appointment of a Sales Director for UK and Ireland, as well as a Global Partners Director and two Sales Directors in key EMEA regions, to ensure continued revenue growth in EMEA and support global expansion.
Content Guru says it experienced 25% growth in 2019 and rapid geographic expansion, with customers including UK Power Networks, RAC, and NHS 111 London. This continued growth speaks to significant global market opportunity and demand in the cloud-delivered Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) market, which is expected to hit $47.76 billion by 2025, it says.
The key hires are:
- Paul Emery, Sales Director UK & Ireland –Emery joins Content Guru from ScanSource, bringing 15+ years’ experience in the IT, Unified Communications and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry across Sales, Product Management, and Technical and Service roles.
- Robinder Koura, Global Partners Director – most recently at RingCentral as Head of Channel Sales. With a proven track record of success in both Europe and the United States, Koura will focus on expanding, developing and managing Content Guru’s partner sales business globally.
- Graeme Walker, Sales Director Scotland & Northern Ireland – Walker joins Content Guru with extensive leadership experience in the Telecommunications sector, including at TransUnion UK, Vodafone and Virgin Media Business.
- Roeland Van Wezel, Sales Director, Benelux – served in a variety of sales and channel roles at Siemens, Nokia and Broadsoft (purchased by Cisco in 2018).
