Daisy appoints Bytes as its Microsoft CSP Indirect partner

Daisy Corporate Services has appointed Bytes as its Microsoft CSP Indirect provider, which will see the UC provider transition from a direct CSP partner relationship to an indirect reseller model.

The availability of additional skills from Bytes will enable Daisy to “augment its own Microsoft service offering and support its ongoing commitment to customer service excellence,” Daisy explained. 

Customers will have access to contract and licensing specialists across the entire Microsoft portfolio, enabling both forms to provide best-practice licensing advice and guidance on Microsoft agreements, new projects, renewals and wider technology objectives.
