Global security firms Exabeam and LogRhythm have completed their previously announced merger in May, combining their strengths to create an AI-driven security operations platform.
This platform will enhance security information and event management (SIEM) and user and entity behaviour analytics (UEBA) solutions.
Exabeam will retain its visual brand and unveiled a strategic product roadmap centered on a cloud-native AI-driven Security Operations Platform.
CPO Steve Wilson Exabeam said: “Together, our team will continue to address the ever-advancing threats created by the introduction of AI and empower our customers’ security operations teams to be more efficient and effective.”
Led by a new executive team from both companies, Christopher O’Malley will serve as CEO.
O’Malley added: “Together, our combined expertise, velocity, and vision will propel AI-driven cybersecurity solutions to new heights.”
