Distributor Exertis has made some organisational changes to its European, UK and Ireland operations with a view to future growth.
Gerry O’Keeffe takes on international role and Paul Bryan takes on added responsibility for Exertis Ireland. Paul Bryan, Exertis UK, managing director will take on the added responsibility of the Irish business, supported by Rod McCarthy who becomes head of Ireland following John Dunne’s promotion to the new position of chief commercial officer, North America.
Gerry O’Keeffe’s move to an international role responsible for expanding Exertis’ presence in existing and new territories, aims to build on his previous position as managing director for the UK, Ireland and Middle East. McCarthy will report to Bryan with Dunne reporting to O’Keeffe. Both Bryan and O’Keeffe report to Tim Griffin, DCC Technology and Exertis Group managing director.
“These changes to our organisation reflect our evolving business and our strategic ambitions to expand geographically, leverage our capabilities across our territories and ensure we serve more customers with the products, solutions and services that enable them to grow. I am confident that with the depth of experience and talent of our leadership team, we are in a great position to continue our successful transition into a service led, value-added distributor that provides specialist expertise and support for customers across a diverse range of technologies,” said Griffin.
