SAP’s Partner Talent Initiative has seen its first cohort of 40 qualified consultants graduate from the programme.
Launched in June this year, the initiative is designed to tackle the digital skills gap by making new talent available for partners to hire, with the likes of Deloitte, CGI, Accenture and KPMG participating in the programme.
Rohit Nagarajan, EMEA North President, SAP, said: “We’ve been working very closely with our partners to understand what they need to help in creating success for our joint customers. The Partner Talent Initiative is focused on creating sufficient capacity in the market of SAP skills, trained and accredited by SAP directly – that our partners can benefit from.”
An additional schedule of cohorts is running now, with others planned for the remainder of this year and Q1/Q2 of 2023.
