Flotek expands into Midlands with Colbek acquisition

Cardiff-based MSP Flotek Group has made its 12th acquisition, expanding into the Midlands with the purchase of Colbek Systems. 

This deal enhances Flotek’s expertise in Microsoft and Google G Suite, as well as its services in server installation, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. The entire Colbek Systems team will be retained. 

Flotek CEO Jay Ball said: “This acquisition not only enhances our service offerings in IT support and cybersecurity but also strengthens our regional presence in the Midlands.”

He states that the company plans to continue its expansion, with a focus on the Bristol area.
