Adolfo Hernandez is set to take over as CEO and Director of Capita, succeeding Jon Lewis, who will be stepping down later this year.
Hernandez, currently AWS's VP of global telecommunications, has 30 years of tech experience, with senior roles at SDL plc and Alcatel-Lucent.
David Lowden, Chairman of Capita, said: “Adolfo has a great track record in accelerating revenue growth driven by digital services and, as we look to deliver on the next stage of our development at Capita,”
Lewis will remain with Capita until July 2024 to aid the transition.
