Software solutions company Dataphiles has expanded its partnership with Infobip, a global cloud communications platform firm.
As part of the collaboration, Infobip has also developed a new Patient Portal via Dataphiles’ subsidiary company PatientComms, enabling dental practices to manage processes like bookings, payments and check-ins via various digital channels.
The launch of a new Patient Portal and website chatbot sees Dataphiles use Infobip’s entire SaaS portfolio to streamline patient communications across channels including LiveChat, SMS and email.

Beyond SMS and email, Dataphiles will also leverage Infobip’s chatbot-building solution Answers to enable dental practices to communicate with customers via sophisticated automation, the firm said.
