Ingram Micro has added SIPPIO, a global, Microsoft co-sell ready cloud solution offered by channel partners to activate voice calling functionality supported by the “In Teams” Voice App. It offers user provisioning, call routing, and support. SIPPIO’s solution to enable external calling natively from Microsoft Teams using Direct Routing as a Service (DRaaS). SIPPIO is built in Azure.
Ingram Micro’s customers gain from fast activation, 24x7 support and zero maintenance costs, it says.
