Invosys becomes service provider for Avaya’s cloud offering

UK telephony solutions and connectivity provider Invosys has announced it has become a technology service provider for Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral and Avaya OneCloud CCaaS.

By doing so, Invosys will offer value-added services, including project managers, sales support, installation, and a 24/7 service desk manned in the UK.

“Becoming a Technology Service Provider for Avaya is a natural next step for Invosys; as an existing Avaya Professional Services Partners, we already have the skills and knowledge to help partners drive business for Avaya,” said Barry Tuffs, sales & marketing director at Invosys. “Partners can rely on our capability and experience to simplify the acquisition of cloud solutions into their customers’ business.

Infosys said Avaya Cloud Office is a UCaaS solution created through a strategic partnership with RingCentral. It allows employees to stated connected using an all-in-one, multi-channel communication and collaboration capabilities, including enterprise-grade calling, messaging, video conferencing, file sharing and collaboration.
