Kaseya is expanding its TruPeer programme to the EMEA region following its launch in the US in 2021.
The programme, now available in the UK, Ireland, Benelux, and the Nordics, is set to include Germany at a future date.
TruPeer, based on the TruMethods framework, aims to enhance MSPs' recurring revenue, client satisfaction, and customer growth. It provides quarterly peer meetings, bi-weekly calls, webinars, and targeted training for continuous development.
Oliver Mackley, a former MSP and TruPeer member, will lead the TruPeer EMEA programme, under the supervision of Gary Pica, President of TruMethods, and Dan Tomaszewski, Executive VP of the channel at Kaseya.
