Kaspersky is now being distributed to partners through Infinigate, keen to show its evolution as a vendor that not only sells cybersecurity solutions, but also provides partners with a complete customer journey. Partnering with Kaspersky will enable Infinigate to offer a complete cybersecurity portfolio to its partners, including extensive technologies and services, it says.
Andy Bogdan, appointed head of Kaspersky’s UK channel last year, said: “We are really keen to evolve how Kaspersky operates in the channel. Distribution is evolving, and those that do not adapt to the market needs will struggle. That is why Infinigate was such an attractive prospect for us: it shares the same ethos as Kaspersky through innovative technologies, with a focus on empowering service providers whilst delivering excellent customer service.
“It is important that our partners share the values and aspirations that we do. Traditionally, vendors just sell products or services, but at Kaspersky we want to lead the way in providing education and assistance to all the resellers, distributors and end users that we work with. Infinigate will help us to do just that,” adds Andy.
Murray Pearce, managing director of Infinigate, said: “Infinigate has selected Kaspersky as a strategic partner due to its credibility among experienced cybersecurity professionals and analysts. Kaspersky provides deep security services for organisations such as Interpol and is recognised for providing technical excellence, with the leading edge in machine learning, cloud security and threat intelligence technologies. As a result of this partnership, we will have access to a wealth of cybersecurity and partnering expertise that our partners can leverage, particularly in empowering service providers and assisting their enablement journey. This will help their clients grow their businesses – as well as boosting their own bottom lines too.”
