Derby-based MSP Node4 has expanded its Microsoft enterprise cloud solutions capabilities with the purchase of Microsoft Gold Partner Tisski.
The deal takes Node4’s 2022 acquisition tally to two, adding to its purchase of Microsoft Azure Expert MSP Risual earlier this year.
Tisski’s founder and CEO Anna Assassa and her management team will remain in place as part of the wider Node4 group, taking the firm’s headcount to more than 1100 people serving over 2,000 customers.

Tisski will allow Node4 to create a Microsoft Centre of Excellence that has capabilities that are closely aligned across the MSFT ecosystem
