N-able has named the latest vendors to join its Technology Alliance Program (TAP), “fostering more innovation within its open MSP ecoverse”, it says.
For data backup, the MSP technology provider said Bocada would provide connectors for N-able’s Cove, enabling Cove users to automate centralised API-based Cove backup monitoring and reporting across their single or multi-tenant environment.
In addition, N-central integrations are being offered by both AlertOps and DeskDay.
And N-central and N-sight integrations have been rolled out by PIXM and Hudu.
David Weeks, VP of partner experience at N-able, said: “By understanding the challenges MSPs face, we built TAP and our wider Ecoverse vision to help simplify an MSP’s day.
“We want to enable them to work faster and smarter, exceed their customers’ expectations, and grow a successful business.”
