Technology and services distributor Nuvola Distribution has bolstered its unified communications and network product portfolio by becoming a distribution partner for Luware, a provider of customer service solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
As a Luware distributor for the UK, channel partners will be able to deliver a complete calling offering to their clients. The modular cloud-native customer service suite called Nimbus enables clients to offer a range of fully integrated solutions for various calling and contact centre use cases.
It enables end-consumers to convert Teams into an experience hub by making the platform a central communications solution for all enterprise interactions, including call groups, service desks, attendant consoles and contact centres.
