ServiceNow is set to integrate G2K's IoT technology into its Now Platform after acquiring the AI-powered platform provider.
The company aims to build an AI-centric workflow solution specifically designed for the retail sector.
Karel van der Poel, SVP and GM at ServiceNow, said: “This acquisition allows ServiceNow to create even greater simplicity and efficiency for our customers’ growing needs across any industry, from manufacturing and supply chain to transportation and entertainment.”
The acquisition is expected to be finalised between late Q2 and early Q3 of 2023.
